The After-Sales Service team insures a reactive quality hotline, working closely with the IT developers and consultants-trainers, based in Franche-Comté (locally-based hotline). This hotline provides support on the software but also personalised customisation, specially developed to suit your needs and references.
It is available in French and English for any question on the use and IT administration during the French working hours or on telephone appointments outside Europe.
